Literary Event Management
With a background in corporate event management working with industry leader Corporate Events whose clients included Bord Gais, Glaxo Smith Kline and the Smurfit Business School, Vanessa O’Loughlin is an experienced and professional event manager.
Vanessa’s speciality is bringing a creative twist to events, and she has most recently worked with Dublin UNESCO City of Literature on the hugely successful Great Writing, Great Places series.

Working with authors to give their books maximum exposure, she looks for an innovative ideas to make events attractive and enjoyable for the public. Working with organisations who are looking to promote authors, writing or reading, or with corporates keen to work with authors to develop brand awareness, she also develops online and print media strategies.
Vanessa is available as a creative consultant on all events from book launches to ongoing PR – she can produce a discussion document full of ideas that can then be implemented by the client, or follow an event through from conception to delivery.
