New Inkwell Website!
What do you think of our shiny new website? In a long awaited overhaul I hope that this site will give you can get a much better idea of the services Inkwell offers, which have been growing steadily since I ran the first Inkwell workshop in 2006.
This blog is going to be updated regularly with all sorts of useful bits of info, links and articles so do subscribe to it and updates will be delivered directly to you. The Inkwell newsletter will still be going out quarterly, giving you a round-up of Inkwell Writers’ successes, many of which we will be detailing in the Success Stories area of this website - if Inkwell has helped you, do send me your story for inclusion here or in the newsletter.
Writing.ie also has a section for writers to tell others about what writing means to you – Writing&Me – and we are always looking for submissions. The Tell Your Own Story section of the www.writing.ie website also gives you an opportunity to see your memory stories in print, and all submissions are sent to the National Folklore Collection based in UCD to be added to the National Archive. Essential social history, your stories will be preserved there for future generations to reference and for researchers to use in academic studies. Click on the link for full submission details.
I hope you enjoy browsing the new site – we still have a little tinkering to do, and lots more information to add, so check back regularly!
