Inkwell are delighted that Inkwell4Kids will be running as part of the Rathdown School Summer Camp programme 6th-9th August 2013. Rathdown School is in Upper Glenageary Road, Glenageary, Co. Dublin and is close to Glenageary DART Station.

Camp Rathdown is a unique programme of recreation, adventure and creativity designed for girls and boys ages 4-12 of all abilities. It will provide your child with a chance to develop character, learn new skills, make new friends and discover new interests.
The Inkwell4Kids camp is designed for children aged 10+
Running from 10-3pm for four days, 6th-9th August, Inkwell4Kids will introduce your child to professional story telling techniques in a fun and lively class facilitated by author and director of The Big Smoke Writing Factory, Claire Hennessy Cost: €80 for four days.

David Maybury is a writer, reader, blogger, editor of the Childrens’ Books Ireland Magazine Inis, the Oddbally nose-picking champion 2011 and judge for the Bisto Book of the Year Awards 2010.

Facilitator: Claire Hennessy
Claire Hennessy is author of ten young adult novels. She was born in Dublin in 1986 and attended Trinity College, Dublin. She is one of the Directors of The Big Smoke Writing Factory and teaches creative writing workshops for the Centre for Talented Youth Ireland. She is the editor of an online magazine for gifted teenagers.
Her first book, Dear Diary..., was written when she was twelve and published by Poolbeg shortly before her fourteenth birthday. Check out her website www.clairehennessy.com for news of her latest book.
